Objectives -- Weapon must have following characteristics:
Operatives in the cal field must be fully outfitted with all standards (active and passive), adapters, splitters, cables, computer, software… nothing left out, nothing forgotten.
- Design must be for the enhancement of workflow and the integrity of measurements.
- Organization of drawers must include color-coded foam inserts to assist in immediate recognition of connector type/frequency range of all items.
- Fully functional drivers for all controllable instruments.
- Automation Software That Works - Guaranteed!
Field agents do not have time to debug software; it is imperative that all software is fully debugged prior to deployment of weapon.
That old excuse that the software developer does not have access to all standards does not apply to this weapon… one source for the entire systems allows for a fully functional, fully debugged automation system right out of the box… this is a first in the war against manual calibration!
- System Confidence Tests built-in
Software must be delivered with the system to ensure that the system is operating correctly by using standards to test one another.

Strategy: Determine workload to be automated.
1) Provide all necessary engineering required to determine capabilities needed to meet all test requirements.
2) Work directly with manufacturers through partnership programs; determine system components based on features, capabilities, specifications, reliability and overall cost of lifetime ownership.

3) Increase Accuracy.
4) Provide TOTAL Documentation for both the Verification and Validation of the system and automation software.
Code of Conduct:
- Follow all applicable military processes and protocols.
- Do what you say you are going to do and document every step.
- Meet or exceed all promises made.
- Be there to support the troops.
Logistics
1) All items ordered and shipped directly to Intercal.
2) Equipment enclosure designed specifically for calibration environment and automation workflow.
3) Full systems assembly and integration and testing prior to deployment.
4) All required software and automation procedures loaded prior to deployment.
5) On-site delivery / setup.
6) On-site training.
7) Fulfill all on-site Verification and Validation processes.
Causalities:
- Calibration Time
- Data Collection Time
- Human Error
- Old/Out of date Standards
- Erroneous/Invalid Measurements
- Limited Lab Capabilities
With your troops fighting in the field every day with manual calibrations, you need an automated calibration war plan. Can you afford to continue to fight this war alone? With the right allies, superior weaponry, and support in the battlefield, you can finally end this war on manual calibrations and enjoy a little R&R!
Give us a call, we are ready to fight for you!
